Terrible customer service. My family and I are big Bacio di latte fans. We frequent the Studio City and Century City location for their stracitella with pistachio cream. We were really excited that a location opened up at our local mall. Opening week, I expected a little bit of a wait, but I did not anticipate impolite attitude by the staff. After our server told us stracitella was sold out, we almost settled on the sweet cream before he forewarned us that it was "a little too soft to be served." After our go-to flavors were a no-go, I was trying to browse the remainder of flavors in the case, towards the end of the line. With the opening week crowd, there was maybe a four inch gap where the next server was calling for the next group behind me. She then said, "excuse me, the next group is trying to order," implying that my stroller and I were inconventiently situated. I told her I was next in line and haven't ordered yet, but she continued to usher the next group of four people in front of me, blocking my view of the available flavors. I stood there stunned, unsure of how to proceed to order if I couldn't see what was available. My stroller and I then had to maneuver through the

Surprised it came to Valencia. Usually in expensive or bougie places. The best gelato in LA, so creamy! Stratiatella and cookies and cream are amazing.
